The Role
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our team in San Diego. This position will report directly to the CFO and will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Responsibilities
- Maintain company accounting records in NetSuite
- Prepare financial reports, profitability analysis, and KPI tracking
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
- Assist with banking activities and cash flow monitoring
- Strengthen and document financial controls and procedures
- Manage international and intercompany accounting, including consolidations
- Support tax preparation and compliance
- Contribute to finance projects and process improvements
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- 3+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
Preferred:
- Experience with international and complex intercompany accounting
- CPA desirable, but not required
